Bank – Based at All Hallows Day Centre, Ditchingham
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Day Care team at All Hallows Day Centre on a relief basis, providing a day care service to vulnerable and physically frail older people and those affected by dementia.
About the role
As a Relief Care and Support Assistant, you will support those using the service to achieve their individual goals and aspirations to enrich their physical and emotional wellbeing, and ensure their day care experience is both memorable and enjoyable every time they visit.
You will help assess the needs of particular individuals and develop plans to meet those needs. Respecting members’ dignity at all times, you will deliver personal care, as well as undertake domestic tasks to ensure proper standards of health, hygiene and catering and participate in a variety of activities both on a one-to-one and group basis.
